WARRANTIES & RETURNS

While we can't guarantee that every product we ship arrives in perfect condition, we can make sure problems are handled quickly and painlessly. In most cases, warranty fulfillment is managed by the manufacturer. Headsets Pro provides no warranty other than the warranty offered by the manufacturer on the product.

DOA Returns

If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), contact our Customer Service Dept. immediately by e-mail or call 1.800.464.6124 and request a Return Authorization Number and indicate that you are returning a defective item.

Replacement products will be sent upon receipt of the defective product. If desired, we will send replacement product at your normal Credit Card status and you can request from the credit department a refund/credit to your card when the returned product is received.

Non-DOA Returns

  • NO open box returns for non-DOA products. Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no usage marks of any kind. If product was shipped to you double-boxed, it must be returned double-boxed.
  • Original manufacturer’s packaging, both inside and outside must be used. Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc. just as the Customer received them. A re-box fee may be charged if box is not returned in sellable condition.
  • Customers have 15 days from date of invoice to request a non-DOA return. The RMA # issued is valid for 30 days from issue date.
  • There will be a restocking fee of 20% on returns resulting from customer error.
  • Configured products cannot be returned.
  • Credit will be applied to your account when the product is received.
  • Replacement product will be sent upon receipt of product. If desired, we will send replacement product at your normal C.O.D./Credit Card status and you can request from the credit department a refund/credit to your card when the returned product is received.
  • Customer is responsible for freight costs when returning product.
  • Product will be returned to customer should it be found in other than sellable condition.
  • Product that is discontinued/obsolete from the supplier does not qualify for a return.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to states in which V & G Enterprises LLC has operations. At the current time, that includes the state of Georgia.

Order Cancellations 

 

All order cancellations must be made in writing. Please call or email us to cancel an order. If an order has already been shipped a restocking charge will be incurred. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

Pricing

 

Prices are subject change at any time. Pricing errors can occasionally occur at checkout due to computer errors. We are not responsible for these pricing errors and will notify the buyer immediately upon finding these errors.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION


We ship all orders as quickly as possible by UPS, FedEx or Motor Freight within the Continental U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and to have your order shipped within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Many orders go out the same day they are received!
  • Please provide a valid street address for delivery. 
  • UPS or FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart using the integrated UPS shipping calculator and are based on the items in the shopping cart, weight and shipping destination.

Shipping Time

  • The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year.
  • Customers should expect around a 3-5 business day delivery time.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for freight damage. If your item (s) is damaged during transit, contact us immediately. Claims must be made within 3 days.

Shortages & Errors

  • Claims for shortages and errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of merchandise.
